Job Description:
Biogen is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, adaptable, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Participate in training and professional development opportunities- Work independently from a remote location
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required- Confident and energetic personality- Adaptability and critical thinking skills
