Job Description:

Impossible Foods is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a leading company in the plant-based food industry, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about our mission and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues, responding promptly and professionally.2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.3. Proactively reach out to clients to offer support and guidance on our products and services.4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.5. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and satisfaction.6. Resolve any client complaints or escalations in a timely and efficient manner.7. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our clients.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage people.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Highly organized and detail-oriented.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
