Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients remotely through phone, email, and online chat.2. Assist clients with account management, information inquiries, and issue resolution.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.4. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and retention.5. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.6. Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4.
