Job Description:
Celanese is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving.2. Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth opportunities.4.
