Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is looking for a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client services and will possess a reliable and energetic personality.

Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships remotely- Provide exceptional customer service to clients- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention- Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on account status- Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals- Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in client services- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Strong cooperation and negotiation skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
