Job Description:

Coinbase, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, phone, and chat.2. Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution.3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.4. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the client experience.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
