Remote Client Service Assistant

As a Remote Client Service Assistant at Charter Communications in Houston, Texas, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients with professionalism and efficiency- Assist clients with billing inquiries, service changes, technical support, and account maintenance- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed- Update customer accounts with accurate information and documentation- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met- Meet and exceed performance metrics in regards to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Hardworking attitude with a desire to provide top-notch customer service- Confident communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and make informed decisions- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
