Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at VF in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts and build long-lasting relationships- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference- Understand client needs and provide solutions and support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Keep track of client interactions in our CRM system- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve client experience- Meet and exceed client KPIs and goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent client service- Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus
