NVIDIA is looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their projects- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and problem resolution- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of client relations- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
