Job Description:
Huntsman is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and interaction- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Keep detailed records of client interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes- Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, trends, and opportunities for growth
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Dedicated and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional client service- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box- Experience in people management or customer service is a plus
