Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Henry Schein is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through impactful communication and service. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to clients- Provide reports and feedback to management on client satisfaction and retention metrics

Requirements:- Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills- Demonstrated experience in a client relations or customer service role- Strong teamwork and people management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of the dental industry or medical equipment is a plus
