Job Description:

General Dynamics is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through virtual communication channels. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support client projects, utilizing your strong project management and teamwork skills.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong project management skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment- Motivated and reliable individual with a proactive attitude
