Job Description:

Navient, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide solutions that meet client needs- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Monitor client accounts and activities to identify potential risks and address them proactively- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth for management review

Requirements:- Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptability to changing circumstances and client needs- Dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients- Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively to achieve positive outcomes for both the client and the company
