Job description:
As a Remote Client Relations Officer at Staples, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients from a remote location in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations and a strong ability to adapt to different situations. The ideal candidate will be confident in their communication skills and have a knack for managing people effectively.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing- Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients- Collaborate with internal departments to provide exceptional service to clients- Meet or exceed client satisfaction goals on a regular basis
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change- Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues- Strong people management skills- Attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work remotely and independently- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
