Job Description:
Lincoln National is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. We are looking for a confident and resourceful individual who possesses strong innovation and persuasion skills to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through remote communication channels- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends- Assist in the development of client satisfaction surveys and analyze results to make recommendations for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relations strategies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
