Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our remote clients. This role requires a confident and hardworking individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for remote clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Manage client accounts and ensure all contracts and agreements are up to date- Provide regular updates to clients on relevant industry news and developments- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities with existing clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
