NVR, a leading homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for passionate and motivated individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in client relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and video conferencing- Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have about our products or services- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, colleagues, and partners- Provide feedback on client needs and preferences to improve our products and services- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging to clients- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Highly motivated and able to work independently- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong adaptability to new situations and technologies
