Job Description:
International Paper is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong persuasion and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers
