UGI is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.2. Utilize chat platforms to communicate with customers and assist them with product information, technical support, and general questions.3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.4. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.2.
