Job Description:
Baker Hughes is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess a driven and confident personality. Additionally, strong teamwork and planning skills are a must for this role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through chat platforms.2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.7. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.
Requirements:1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.2. Excellent written communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4.
