Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Epic Games is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team based in Washington, D.C., US. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively- Utilize innovation and creativity to provide personalized solutions to customers- Use persuasion skills to encourage customers to try new features or services- Collaborate with the customer support team to share knowledge and best practices- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback- Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Energetic and driven with a positive attitude- Innovative mindset with a willingness to adapt to new technologies- Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior positively
