Remote Chat Support Associate

Lansing Trade Group is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Chat Support Associate, your responsibilities will include providing customer support via chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, accurately documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will be resilient and resourceful, with strong adaptability and emotional intelligence. In addition to these personality traits and soft skills, candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
