Remote Chat Support Associate

Paccar is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful and passionate about customer service. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via online chat.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner- Provide product information and technical support to customers- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customer complaints- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required
