Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Amphenol, a global leader in interconnect solutions, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be hardworking, driven, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide chat support to customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions remotely.4. Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.6. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities.4. Proficiency in using CRM software and chat support platforms.5. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.6. Experience in a technical support role is a plus.7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
