Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Health Net is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Provide accurate information about Health Net's products and services- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and billing issues- Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and find solutions- Proficiency in using computer software and systems- High school diploma or equivalent
