As a Remote Call Center Representative at Cisco Systems, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are energetic, independent, and possess strong research and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities:- Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or gather feedback- Handling escalated customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions- Updating customer information in the database accurately and efficiently- Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent level of customer service- Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes- High school diploma or equivalent
