Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Stryker is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information to customers about products and services- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Meet assigned KPIs and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Must be energetic and driven with a positive attitude - Strong presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Must have a quiet home office environment with reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent required
