Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests of our hotel chain.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls from guests in a professional and friendly manner.2. Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and reservations.3. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and policies.4. Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and effectively.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all guest interactions.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.8. Meet performance targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
