Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and resolve customer complaints.3. Use scripting and guidelines to handle different scenarios effectively.4.
