Job Description:

Assurant is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and expertise to lead our remote call center team to success.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including monitoring key metrics and implementing process improvements- Lead team meetings and training sessions to ensure all agents are knowledgeable and equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution- Collaborate with other departments to align call center operations with overall business objectives- Maintain a positive and productive working environment for remote call center agents

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- 8 years of experience in call center management, with a proven track record of success- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing a team of virtual employees- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Presentation and planning skills
