Job Description:
Tractor Supply, a leading retail company in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require at least 6 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and achieve key performance indicators.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.3. Monitor and evaluate call center performance through data analysis and reporting.4. Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and processes.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.8. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Proven experience in call center operations and management.3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.6. Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.7. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
