Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Texas Instruments in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues- Assist with training and mentoring new call center associates
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team- Adaptable and resourceful mindset- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
