Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.2. Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.3. Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys.5. Updating customer records in the database accurately and timely.6. Collaborating with team members to meet or exceed customer service objectives.7. Adhering to Company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality with a strong desire to succeed in a customer service role.2. Demonstrated creativity and leadership skills to handle challenging situations effectively.3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with customer databases.5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
