Job Description:

Capital One Financial is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This position is part-time and entry-level, with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and partnerships- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement business development strategies- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth- Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch new business opportunities- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- People management and innovation skills- Independent and hardworking personality traits- No prior experience required - we welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development
