Responsibilities
• Review and analyze Consumer Loan applications• Assist customers with pending applications• Collaborate with Community Bank and Branch Banking staff• Assist with new product sales and problem resolution• Improve efficiencies in origination of new products• Complete necessary reporting to compliance and audit teams• Test new features and omnichannel products• Be a subject matter expert on online products and services• Assist with training new teammates• Identify areas for process improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• 2+ years of banking experience or outside sales experience• 1+ year(s) of team leadership or management experience• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals• Strong organizational and communication skills• Understanding of Cadence Bank's products and services• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
