Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

INTL FCStone is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are confident, energetic, and eager to learn. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities:- Reviewing and processing invoices- Following up with clients to ensure timely payment- Resolving any billing discrepancies- Providing excellent customer service to clients- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues- Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions

Requirements:- 0 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field- Confident and energetic personality- Strong time management skills- Leadership abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
