Klarna is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position is ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience who is hardworking, independent, and possesses excellent decision-making and adaptability skills. As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, assisting with account management, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support- Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services- Troubleshoot and resolve any account-related issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to develop best practices for account support- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Klarna's products and services- Assist with special projects and assignments as needed
Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions- Adaptability to changing priorities and situations- High school diploma or GED equivalent- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
