Job Description:

Dick's Sporting Goods is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth and upselling- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Analyze account performance and prepare reports for management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in account management or customer support- Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
