Remote Account Support Manager

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: motivated and energetic. Additionally, strong soft skills including time management and attention to detail are required for this role.

Responsibilities:- Provide remote support to clients regarding account inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service needs- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the account support team- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience- Proven track record of success in account management or customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client relationships
