Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team at Harley-Davidson. This part-time position is based in New York City, New York and is suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in account support or related fields. The successful candidate will be energetic, driven, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in planning.

Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Assist with managing client accounts, including processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Contribute to the development and improvement of account support processes- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account support

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in account support or a related field- Energetic and driven personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Excellent planning skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
