Job Description:Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account support or related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable, and possess strong cooperation and people management skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients remotely, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service- Assist with account setup, maintenance, and closing procedures- Manage and update client information in the database accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience- Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients- Meet deadlines and exceed client expectations with a high level of professionalism
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 2+ years of experience in account support or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
