Job Overview:
•  Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p
•  The Reliability Maintenance Engineer 3 will be responsible for the development of reliability maintenance standards, implement the planned and precision maintenance activities for all assigned assets at the site and be the owner/champion for several Reliability Maintenance standards. The Planned and Precision maintenance activities will include development of preventative maintenance procedures with identified tools & appropriate frequencies for identified functional failures of mechanical, electrical, and utility assets, developing maintenance and work standards, analyze appropriate storeroom stock levels, and early project management support.
Job Responsibilities:
•  Responsible for the development of Design for Maintainability (DfM) standards and recommendations for new equipment installations. Implement DfM standards for responsible plant assets.
•  Participate in early project management for new equipment centers.
•  Participate in development of strategies and in guidance of the Reliability Maintenance program to achieve objectives through loss elimination, technical capability building, and job efficiency with high team engagement.
•  Identify and refer recommended engineering/design/process changes.
•  Responsible for the reliability maintenance program that will standardize, improve, and sustain equipment up time across multiple departments/plants and gain alignment with Operations and Maintenance departments with best practices.
•  Provides detailed business analysis to develop strategies to satisfy business objectives.
•  Support the FMEA program that will be used to analyze equipment designs, for potential design changes, and to develop equipment strategies.
•  Responsible for the Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP), along with all procedures, and loads into the CMMS.
•  Investigates and identifies business drivers using advanced statistical techniques as well as integration of competitive information.
•  Creates proposals to drive a team based and data driven culture across site and share learnings with multiple sites.

What You Will Need:
•  Bachelor of Science degree plus 5 years of industrial maintenance, new equipment development, or technical maintenance or electrical experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
•  High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of industrial maintenance, product development, full-cycle project management, or technical maintenance or electrical experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Demonstrated successful completion of a project.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
•  Skilled in the use of SAP for maintenance transactions.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Compensation:
•  Hiring Salary Range Posted: $88,200 -$132,300 /per year
•  Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
