POSITION SUMMARY : The Release of Information Specialist is responsible for fulfilling medical records requests for patient records that are submitted from attorneys, insurance companies, court subpoenas, physician offices, and patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; medical record/Epic knowledge preferred; computer knowledge; must have the ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations; must be able to multitask, excellent telephone communication skills, have a neat appearance and have the ability to work independently.
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
