What you do: Lead a team of subject matter experts that provide a high quality, concierge-level experience for producers, FMOs and Broker Dealers when a complex or escalated service issue arises. Implement projects and representing the field perspective on multiple projects and initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring for their team. Work with sales and operations to ensure service and sales support is provided to important internal and external customers to help increase sales, repeat business and producer retention. You will report into the Relationship Management Senior Manager.
· Participate in department, sales, operations and enterprise-wide projects to ensure the field's perspective is represented. Understand the regulatory environment and how it impacts the business. Understand Allianz Life. Execute on yearly projects including assembling and leading project teams, building and implementing plans and recommendations and measuring results.
· Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring for Relationship Management staff. Coach and develop team members to provide a positive service experience to internal and external distribution. Assist team in problem solving/resolution, finding creative solutions, collaborating across areas and increasing business knowledge of the team. Partner with leadership and employees to create development plans, conduct regular coaching conversations, and provide effective, timely feedback on performance.
· Coordinate important change projects to ensure continued service improvements. Develop cohesive plans for important partners. Seek areas for service and process improvements. Coordinate the analysis for proposed changes. Execute on work that supports sales and retention.
· Maintain strong working relationships with peers, important partners, sales and operations leaders, internal and external distribution partners to deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with the sales and service strategies.
· Ensure the team delivers concierge level service to top distribution, internal and external distribution partners by taking ownership, solving problems, resolving service issues, communicating key operational changes to sales teams and field partners, handling complex cases and accommodations.
What you bring: · 6+ years of experience required: Financial service, insurance or sales or operations; proven successful leadership, business acumen, relationship and customer service skills.
Four-year degree required or equivalent experience
