Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, Consultative relationship sales role• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent• Required licenses within 180 days of hire• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings• College degree or military equivalent (preferred)• Thorough, organized, and strong follow-up skills (preferred)• Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements (preferred)
