Regulatory Affairs Specialist

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be a key player in our R&D team, ensuring our Quest and Atkins brands comply with all domestic and international laws and regulations. You'll work cross-functionally to maintain compliance and support the launch of new and modified products.

What You'll Do:
Prepare regulatory documentation for the launch of new and modified products in the US and global markets.
Review and approve product labels and promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
Develop compliance SOPs for product and vendor onboarding, site merchandising, and marketing programs.
Conduct research and provide strategic regulatory support for product development and modifications.

What We're Looking For:
BS/BA degree in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related).
Minimum 2 years of regulatory experience in a CPG (Food & Beverage or Nutrition preferred).
Hands-on experience with product compliance and third-party certifications (e.g., Kosher, GMO).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
