Responsibilities
• Provides front desk coverage and responds to inquiries in a timely manner• Processes student registrations, transcripts, and record maintenance• Manages current and archival records, including filing and retrieval• Corresponds with students regarding registration, holds, and attendance• Enters faculty and staff information into student information system• Educates students in the use of technology and university guidelines• Assists with evaluating transfer credit and graduation applications• Serves as a liaison between various university departments• Attends university events and serves on committees as required
Requirements
• Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma required• Previous clerical and data entry experience required• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently• Comfortable working with diverse populations• Ability to work some evenings and weekends required• Commitment to the mission of the University• Physical ability to perform essential functions of the position
