Job duties and responsibilities to include: Transthoracic echocardiograms, Transesophageal echocardiograms, Contrast and agitated saline studies, Clinical trials and research, Low dose Dobutamine stress testing for aortic stenosis, Cardiac surgery OR procedures.
Cardiac structural procedures to include:
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) Transcatheter mitral valve repair (MitraClip) Left atrial appendage closure (Watchman) PFO and ASD closure Impella left ventricular support device Left ventricular remodeling (clinical trial) What We Require: Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training.
Experience: Experienced sonographer with hospital-based experience preferred, but new registered graduates are encouraged to apply
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Registered Cardiac Sonographer - ARDMS/CCI in adult echo, BLS required.
Other: Good interpersonal and technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
