Locations Kirkland: 157-bed, standalone psychiatric hospital, composed of six units providing specialized treatment for mental health and co-occurring disorders, as well as detox services for both adolescents and adults.
Everett : 30-bed adult general psychiatric unit located on the 7 th floor of the Providence Medical Center's Pacific campus.
Monroe: 34-bed unit on the campus of Evergreen Health Monroe.
Our Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.

Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements: Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew). Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Fairfax new hire training. What do our current employee's value at UHS?
