Job Description $3000 Hiring bonus and $5000 relocation bonus available to eligible candidates! Join our Surgery Department as a Registered Nurse on the Neurosurgery Team. This is a full-time position, working 60-80 hours every two weeks, 8- and 10-hour day shifts between 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m. This position does include weekday, weekend and holiday call rotation with a 35-minute response time. Job Summary:
Our Registered Nurses (RN) are there to prepare for a patient's arrival and stay in the operating room to ensure their best possible outcome. As an RN, you'll prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures to assure patient safety all while working closely with physicians, CRNA's, surgical technologists, and other surgical personnel in delivering quality patient care. This RN role will be assigned to the Neurosurgery, ENT, Dental and Pain team. Current Opening Full-time, 60-80 hours every two weeks, Monday-Friday, mainly day shift between 6:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation. Occasional off shifts to cover department needs. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current RN in MN required. BSN required within 3 years of hire. Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card required. Previous experience in perioperative or surgical nursing preferred. National Certification in a Nursing Specialty (CNOR) is preferred.
$3,500 Hiring Bonus Eligibility : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
$5,000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
